At Crown, we are always looking to improve the service we provide to our clients, as well as the skills of our teams.
One of our health & safety advisors recently delivered a ToolBox Talk on PDCA and Continuous Improvement, to our site team on an infrastructure project, in the UK.
Our H&S advisors have championed a new scheme called ‘Don’t Walk By’, that encourages both our own staff and our industry colleagues on site to report safety observations, fostering a culture of accountability and transparency.
Alongside this, we have implemented an Employee and Subcontractor Feedback System, where our teams can evaluate and comment on our practices, as well as suggest improvements.
