Elevate is a bespoke management development initiative, designed to enhance the leadership skills of Crown managers. Through mentoring, training and reflective coaching, the programme covers topics such as delegation, situational leadership, time management, team culture, communication, and conflict resolution.
Now in its first iteration, the Elevate programme is being rolled out across Crown, with the goal of creating resilient and authentic leaders, who can drive success across our company and uphold the positive and collaborative working environment, that we are proud to have at Crown.
