We are always looking for skilled, talented and professional people to join our growing team.
We bring a highly collaborative, committed and flexible approach to our work. We put our clients at the centre, listening closely to understand their needs and their customers. We stay reliable, hard-working and consistent from start to finish, never fazed or discouraged by challenges.
We stand up for what is right, not what is easy. How we work, with clients, suppliers, partners and communities across the globe is as important as the outcomes we deliver. In every project we undertake, we put clarity, honesty and integrity above all else.
We love a challenge, driven by our unwavering ambition to deliver the highest quality in everything we do, no matter the project, location or circumstance. We constantly seek out new ways to improve processes, better ourselves and push progress.
We prioritise the physical and mental wellbeing of everyone we work with. We promote safety and sustainability by investing in our staff, clients, and the communities where we operate. We support others by being kind, considerate and attentive.
Joining Crown means becoming part of a team that thrives on collaboration, grit and hard work. You'll work alongside industry-leading experts on high-profile projects shaping our future. We offer hands-on training, leadership development, and well-being support to ensure you have the tools you need to grow. With exciting opportunities across Europe, now’s the time to join our team.
It’s okay to seek support. At Crown, we make sure this is accessible to all employees.
As we deliver construction projects with demanding programmes, in challenging environments far from home, we are acutely aware of the importance of protecting the physical and mental health of our team. We work proactively to ensure our team receive the support they need to feel well, at work and at home.
We provide our team with an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), through Spectrum Life, so that all our staff can access the resources and tools that they need to protect their mental health. Our goal is to create a culture of care around mental health, ensuring everyone feels supported and equipped to tackle the challenges they may face.
Additionally, we partner with Lighthouse, The Construction Charity, who provide a range of supports, including a 24/7 helpline, offering free and confidential support and advice on a huge variety of wellbeing issues, be they emotional, physical or financial.
