Crown partners with I Am Here to support the mental health and wellbeing of our staff.
I Am Here aims to change beliefs and behaviors about mental health in the workplace, based on the principle that it’s ok not to feel ok; and it’s absolutely ok to ask for help.
The Crown team on an industrial project in Wexford recently participated in a workshop with I Am Here, facilitated by main contractor John Paul Construction. I Am Here also delivered a workshop with the Crown team on a commercial project in Dublin, supported by main contractor Sisk.
Providing our colleagues with an outlet to discuss their mental health, and receive support if and when required, is a pillar of our holistic safety, health and wellbeing strategy at Crown.
