We strive to proactively address and mitigate these risks, and to promote positive mental health practices, in order to protect the wellbeing of our teams and industry colleagues.
We recently welcomed Fergus Farrell to one of our life sciences projects in Ireland, to share his story of physical recovery and mental fortitude, following a severe spinal cord injury in 2018.
Fergus’ story is a stark reminder of the absolute importance of workplace health and safety, whilst also an inspirational example of resilience and the intrinsic relationship between our physical and mental health.
