In early December, we were delighted to spend the day at the Toyota Lean Management Centre, in Wales, alongside an incredible cohort of Women in Construction.
This event, organized by Enterprise Ireland, provided an insight into the LEAN practices utilized by Toyota, and inspired the implementation of kaizen (“change for the good”) in our own companies.
