This hyperscale data centre in Finland is currently under construction, with works being delivered in collaboration with the main contractor, Winthrop Technologies. The project involves the installation of a comprehensive building envelope package, including composite cladding, metal decking and bitumen roofing, along with a range of façade features and access systems.
The scope also includes the delivery of several ancillary structures, including a snow vehicle shelter, air raid shelter and guard house, supporting the wider data centre campus. The project is scheduled for completion between in 2026
