With demanding timelines and challenging work environments on mission critical projects, the focus must always remain on safety and the potential consequences of a workplace accident or injury.
Recently, we welcomed the brilliant Fergus Farrell to our hyperscale data centre project in Sweden, to share his story of physical recovery and mental fortitude, following an accident at his workplace in 2018, that left him with a spinal cord injury.
Fergus’ story is a stark reminder of the absolute importance of workplace health and safety, whilst also an inspirational example of resilience and the intrinsic relationship between our physical and mental health.
