We are very excited to share that we are finalists at this year’s Irish Construction Industry Awards, in the 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 category!
The health, safety and wellbeing of all of our team at Crown is of utmost importance. We work proactively to ensure our staff can access the tools they may need to protect their personal health, and feel empowered to do so.
Our entry for this award focuses on our 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 Programme; a mental health and physical wellbeing initiative that addresses the core challenges faced by members of the construction industry. The programme is diverse – from bringing in motivational speakers to share stories of overcoming lifechanging accidents; to promoting healthy eating habits and lifestyles; and to signposting of mental health support services.
Driven by our internal Wellness Committee, H&S Team and Senior Management, 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 continues to grow. You can read more about this initiative via our website – https://lnkd.in/eeifY2tz.
