Crown was delighted for our Design Manager, Maeva Contreras, to be included in this year’s edition of the Construction Industry Federation’s Women Who Build magazine, in celebration of International Women’s Day 2023.

Maeva Contreras, Crown Roofing and Cladding’s Design Manager, brings a unique perspective to the Crown design team. A qualified architect, completing her studies in Chile, Maeva’s international experience, technical education and attention to detail allows for the consistently precise and high quality delivery of Crown’s projects in Ireland and across Europe.
On being a woman in construction in Ireland, Maeva notes “I have been given the opportunity to progress at Crown, into a role working directly with our clients, ensuring the smooth design and execution of our projects. In a male-dominated industry, it can be challenging to find a workplace where your input is trusted and valued. I am grateful to have found this at Crown, and I have since become a strong advocate for more women to pursue working in the construction sector”.
