In order to protect the safety, health and wellbeing of our staff, industry colleagues, visitors and members of the public, we strive to ensure a workplace that is free from intoxicants and mood-altering substances, with both routine and random testing across all of our offices and sites, not just of those undertaking safety-critical roles.
Alongside testing, we provide continuous education on the misuse of intoxicants, as well as access to confidential support and wellness programmes for those who may need additional help, through our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Health Assured, and the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity.
