Crown’s Preconstruction Director, Kim Jordan, recently shared with the CIF Magazine how she started her career in construction, her determination to do so, and the support she received from the industry, in the process. In line with IWD’s 2025 campaign to #AccelerateAction, we understand that tangible steps must be taken in order to provide women with the opportunities and support that will allow them to make strides in the industry. That’s why we are partnering with local secondary schools and third-level institutions, to provide female students with the information and access they need to pursue and begin careers in construction.
