Crown Roofing and Cladding Ltd continues to grow, with data centre projects across Ireland, the UK and Europe. We currently have projects underway in three of the FLAP-D markets. In Germany, two of our large data centre projects are progressing well.
This week, the first of the two projects saw the end client visit the site for handover of phase 1 of the build. The building is now watertight, with just green roof works and chimney mesh panels to go in. Phases 2 and 3 of the build will see bracketry go up in the coming weeks, followed by curtain walling. Over 100 panels will be installed internally in chimney 3, and external cladding is set to begin on chimney 2. The scale of this project reaches 12300m2 of Trimo panels, 1600m2 of curtain walling and canopies, 2700m2 of mesh panels, 9500m2 of flat roofing and 38 doors.
On our second project in Germany, we will be bringing materials on-site from mid-November 2022, with programme works due to begin in February. This project has tight timelines, and we are working proactively to ensure we hit these durations.
